Located opposite Selfridges department store on London’s Oxford Street; this is the landmark site of Park House, a mixeduse scheme designed by Robin Partington & Partners. The nine-storey building occupies an entire city block and features retail, offi ce and residential accommodation.

CPLD was appointed to prepare the lighting proposals for this high end new built mixed use development in central London opposite Shelfridges store in Oxford street on behalf of Equation Lighting Design.

The scope of works included a the facade lighting, the lighting of the residential units and common part areas for both residential and offi ce side.

The visual connection to the third floor gives a sense of belonging between the apartments.
