Cheyne Terrace was purchased by Native Land, in a joint venture with Grosvenor and a Hong Kong based Family Office investor in early 2012. The asset was in receivership and a number of signifi cant issues were addressed by Native Land on behalf of the partnership, including ownership and neighbourly matters as well as substantial revisions to the existing planning consent.
Signifi cant improvements were therefore made to the scheme in careful consultation with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, which thereby maximised development potential.
