UDC, known for being the Qatari master developer of The Pearl in Doha, will manage and operate a luxury Corinthia hotel in its newest fl agship real estate development, Gewan Island.

CPLD was appointed to design the lighting for both exterior and interior of the hotel.

The Corinthia Doha will be built on a site having an area of 13,000m2, and will feature 110 guest rooms, a 1000-person banquet hall, several restaurants and a luxurious spa facility. The development also includes luxury branded villas, a golfcourse and a beach club – all managed by the Corinthia Doha.

The project is already on site and is expected to be completed by 2023.
